I wanted to personally thank you, Richard, for your help in making our recent office phone system change a smooth transition. You and your technical team (Tommy) made this phone upgrade a non-issue. Obviously, businesses of any kind cannot function without a telephone service and change can be uncomfortable.  You and Tommy assisted us in every step of the way, from installation to meeting individuals specific needs and especially the needs of our executive team.  Your assistance in explaining the voice mail retrieval thru emails is working perfectly.  I especially enjoyed working with Tom; he’s knowledgeable, very professional to take the time to answer all our questions. Your company has it together and it shows!
